A few weeks ago I made it to the "Sushi Go 'Round" in American Village for lunch. While I have to say up front that it wasn't the best sushi I've had on island, I would still go back and take a friend just for the novelty of the place. Basically, you go in and sit at a diner-type counter. In front of you is a conveyor belt that is constantly going around and it is loaded up with little plates of sushi. Whenever something comes by that looks tasty, you just take the plate off of the carousel and munch away! When you're finished, they total up the price of your plates and out the door you go. I got about five different types of sushi for less than 1000 yen (about ten dollars). Here are a couple of pictures.
